Shipping policy

 DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our products are available for delivery across Australia.

Order Processing Items in stock are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days. For items on pre-order or backorder, we will ship them as soon as they become available.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • Carrier: We use Australia Post for all deliveries, ensuring each shipment is tracked for your convenience.

  • Signature Requirement: A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are not available to sign, we recommend arranging delivery to a workplace or alternate address where someone can receive the parcel.

  • Delivery to PO Boxes: Deliveries to PO Boxes are accepted, but in cases where the package size exceeds PO Box limitations, we may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery address.

  • Failed Deliveries: If our carrier cannot successfully deliver your package, it may be returned to our warehouse. To resend your parcel, an additional freight charge will need to be applied prior to dispatch.

Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within 7-10 working days, depending on your location within Australia.
