RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Choosing Your Items Please select your items carefully, as we do not offer exchanges.

Faulty or Damaged Items If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Support team using the dedicated contact us page immediately for assistance.

Process for Returns To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain the necessary details for sending the item back. Please note, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Items Eligible for Return We accept returns for Tees, Polos, and Hoodies. Unfortunately, returns for Caps, Hats, Towels, and other accessories are not accepted.

Return Conditions Goods must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale.

Inspection and Refunds All returned products will undergo an inspection to ensure they meet our refund criteria. Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment, excluding delivery fees. If the product is faulty, or differs from what was ordered, we will also refund the delivery fee.

Recommendation for Returning Items We recommend sending your item(s) back via Recorded Delivery, Registered Post, or your local equivalent. Jacob Roulstone cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit.

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges on any products.
