Austin, Texas - Red Bull GASGAS Tech3 rookie Jacob Roulstone showcased his resilience and skill at the Circuit of the Americas (COTA), overcoming a Long Lap penalty to secure an impressive 8th place finish in the 14-lap Moto3 race. The young Australian demonstrated his growing confidence and capability, adding another solid result to his debut season.

Starting from a commendable 6th place on the grid, Roulstone faced the challenge of a Long Lap penalty incurred during Saturday’s sessions. Despite the setback, he remained focused and methodically worked his way through the field, navigating the chaotic first laps with poise. His determined effort resulted in a strong 8th place finish, earning him eight valuable points.

"Overall quite a good result. It was probably one of the most chaotic first laps I have ever experienced! But I stayed focused," Roulstone said. "I think I timed the Long Lap quite well and it was a shame I had to do it. We worked hard all through the weekend and we made a few steps that I’m happy about. I cannot thank the team enough."
